Job description

Administrative Assistant

FULL TIME, PERMANENT

Location: Oshawa (100% on-site)

Hours: Mon-Fri – 8:30am-5pm (37.5 hours/wk.)

Minimum Requirements:

  • Speaks fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Must have Administration experience.
  • Must have Construction Industry experience.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Adept in the use of MS Office 365 and applications (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook).
