About the role

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in Concord. In this full-time, entry-level position, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by handling a variety of administrative tasks. Whether it’s organizing documentation, assisting with inventory, or maintaining clear communication between teams, your support will help ensure our projects stay on track. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is eager to build a foundation in office administration.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the Installation Department
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files and records
  • Prepare and process work orders, reports, and documentation
  • Communicate with internal departments and vendors as needed
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all administrative tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Ensure database information is readily accessible and accurate.
