THE ROLE

As an Administrative Assistant PSP HQ, you will deliver the administrative services such as research, data entry and compilation, record keeping, creating presentations and reports, photocopying and correspondence. You will prepare travel arrangements, travel claims, and expense reports. You will prepare and organize second language training testing.

The Administrative Assistant will administer agendas, scheduling appointments and meetings and preparing documentation. You will organize material for conferences and meetings, managing logistics, travel and expenditures. You will prepare information for conferences and meetings, maintain minutes and follow-up action items.

This is a hands-on role, with lots of interaction with colleagues throughout the organization.

Qualifications Needed

Education, Certifications and Licenses

High School diploma AND several years experience in administration or in a related field.

Experience

  • In office administration
  • In data entry, data manipulation, record-keeping and retrieval techniques
  • In maintaining filing systems
  • In drafting correspondence and reports
  • In invoice processing
  • In organizing meetings, events and conferences
  • In transcribing notes and minutes taking
  • In making travel arrangements and travel claims procedures
  • In preparing presentation materials

Competencies

Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.

Language Requirements

English Essential / Bilingual (English and French) an asset.

This is an on-site position with an assigned work location.

Anticipated term of this position is May 2025 to July 2026.
