Tasks
Respond to customers or suppliers (phone or email).
Respond to submissions.
Plan the activities of the different departments, note and forward messages.
Arrange appointments with team members and external service providers.
Write and format documents (contracts and letters).
Doing ranking.
Organize travel.
Update activity tracking data (dashboards, results tables, etc.).
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
Degree in secretarial work, office automation, administration or related
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
Proficiency in MS Office (basic Word and Excel).
Bilingualism French/English – oral and written as 50% of clients are English speakers.
Experience in a housekeeping, management or maintenance department (a great asset).
