About the Role

As a Bilingual Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring a smooth experience for our clients. You’ll be involved in both administrative and customer service tasks within a fast-paced and professional insurance environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Answer and direct incoming client calls

Monitor EDI reports for critical updates

Manage and follow up on payment notifications

Distribute mail and maintain internal documentation flow

Maintain accurate, compliant client records

File insurance claims and track follow-ups

Contact clients to update or verify information

  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer support role
  • Fully bilingual in French and English
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
  • Proficient with office software and document management
