We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support Finance and Administration and Education portfolios on a 13-month full-time contract with hybrid work. The Association is seeking an experienced, energetic, and collaborative individual who will play a key support role in achieving AMCTO’s core mission and serving our amazing members through the position of Administrative Assistant. In addition to general organizational support, this full-time contract position will assist with Finance and Administration, Education and Professional Development portfolios.

AMCTO has a hybrid work environment with in-person office days required to meet operational needs. Additionally, part of your role may include travel for meetings, conferences, forums and events to further the organizational goals.
Thestartingsalaryforthispositionis$54,500and can increasedependingupon skills and experience and includes participation in the OMERS pension plan and health benefits.
The position is a 13-month contract position covering a staff leave with an option of extending the contract to an additional 6 months.
