Tasks

  6. Respond to electronic inquiries
  7. Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  8. Organize staff consultations and grievance procedures
  9. Arrange travel, itineraries, and reservations
  10. Greet visitors and direct them accordingly
  11. Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and documents
  12. Recruit and hire staff
  13. Maintain and manage digital databases
