Select People Solutions is pleased to be working with our client as they look for a part-time administrative assistant to join their team. Their ideal candidate has great customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and a high degree of professionalism.

Compensation & Hours :

  • The rate of pay will be $18-$21 / hr.
  • Monday-Friday, 20-30 hours / week
  • This is a part-time, permanent position

Position Summary :

  • Responding to phone calls, emails, and walk-in traffic
  • Basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Invoicing and posting payments
  • Updating website and social media as needed
  • Taking meeting minutes
  • Tracking projects and updating databases

Required Qualifications :

  • 2+ years administrative experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and Adobe Pro
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Strong problem solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette

Bonus Points For :

  • Experience with Canva, Hootsuite and Mailchimp
  • Diploma in Office Administration, Business, or related
  • Proficient in Sage Accounting Software
