The Position:

We are looking for Contractors or Summer Students to join our Technology Team at BrokerLink, working out of our Halifax, NS office on a full-time contractual basis from July to September.

Responsibilities:

• Support the rollout of Windows 11 and deployment of new laptops
• Coordinate and collaborate with IT team members
• Assist with device setup, configuration, and testing of Windows 11 systems
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Ensure smooth user transition to Windows 11 by resolving basic technical issues
• Contribute to additional projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Windows 11, including navigating system settings, troubleshooting, and supporting common applications
