This is a full-time hybrid Administrative Assistant role at Ameri Trading Company Ltd. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling phone communications with professionalism, demonstrating effective communication skills, assisting executives, and utilizing strong clerical skills. This role is located in Halifax, NS, with the option for some work from home.

  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication abilities
  • Proficient in Clerical Skills
  • Organizational and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience with office software and equipment
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
