Salary: $23.00 hourly / 30 to 35 hours per week

Responsibilities
  1. Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
  2. Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  3. Manage contracts
  4. Answer electronic enquiries
  5. Respond to employee questions and complaints
  6. Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  7. Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
  8. Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  9. Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
  10. Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  11. Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
