Job Summary

The RBC Dominion Securities branch located in Sudbury is looking for a resourceful, empathetic, and collaborative individual to join our leading wealth management firm as an Administrative Assistant.

By providing ongoing, exceptional service and support to our clients and our Advisor team, you will help deepen existing relationships and welcome new clients. You will also ensure the smooth functioning of the advisory team by providing efficient internal support.

What will you do?
  • Coordinate and prepare meetings for Advisors with clients and prospects.
  • Provide proactive client service, focusing on problem resolution and attention to detail. Liaise with various departments as needed.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding account transactions, tax receipts, account reporting, etc.
  • Assist with client onboarding and maintenance of existing client accounts.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of documentation in compliance with internal controls and industry regulations. Maintain complete, up-to-date client files.
  • Support the Advisor team and clients through the Wealth Management process, maintaining an audit of activities and priorities.
  • Support assigned projects, conduct research, and share information with the team.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to provide professional, warm, and friendly client service
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Nice to have
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH)
  • Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities’ systems and procedures
  • Experience in the securities industry is an asset
