A leading organization in food rescue is seeking an Administrative Assistant for their Etobicoke office. This role involves front reception duties, administrative support, and maintaining office operations. Ideal candidates are organized, customer-focused, and possess strong communication skills. This is a full-time contract position with a pay rate of $26 per hour, requiring candidates to be between 18 and 30 years of age.
Status: Contract Full-Time (8-week contract, beginning in June 2025)

The Role
Second Harvest is looking for an organized and dedicated team player to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This position will provide front reception support for our busy Etobicoke office, serving as the first point of contact and representing the organization in a positive and professional manner. They will also provide a wide range of administrative support for our Administration department. We are looking for someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills who can handle a variety of tasks throughout the day.
