Your main responsibilities:
  • Turn complex content into clear, polished, and flawless documents through expert proofreading, editing, and formatting.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient filing system.
  • Provide essential administrative support to the technical team, helping prepare and format documentation to keep projects moving smoothly.
  • Plan and coordinate office events.
  • Welcome visitors, handle phone calls, and order office supplies.
  • Be the go-to person for inquiries related to office operations.
  • Play a key role in onboarding new employees.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings.
  • This role requires on-site presence at the reception desk five days a week to support daily office operations.
Profile
  • College diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Administration, Business, Communications).
  • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Experience proofreading documents (reports, submissions) to ensure correct formatting and grammar.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in Word and good knowledge of Excel; experience with Adobe PDF tools is a plus.
  • Strong adaptability and flexibility to manage changing priorities and tasks.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
