The Role

We're looking for a dynamic Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays two steps ahead of what's needed, and takes initiative to solve problems before they arise. You're organized, adaptable, and always ready to jump in where support is needed most, whether that's coordinating schedules, handling logistics, or keeping the day-to-day operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

Administrative & Executive Support

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules for leadership
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and follow-ups
  • Support the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports
  • Book travel, process expenses, and assist with time management tasks

Office Management

  • Keep the office running smoothly and stocked (from supplies to snacks)
  • Organize shared spaces to keep them functional, tidy, and welcoming
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management
  • Plan internal events and celebrations

Team Support

  • Be the go-to person for day-to-day needs across the team
  • Help onboard new hires and help create a great first-week experience
  • Help maintain internal systems and processes to keep things on track

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ years in an administrative or executive assistant role
  • Experience managing calendars, travel, and internal operations
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive mindset
  • Friendly, resourceful, and great with people
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment

Bonus : You've worked in an agency or a similarly dynamic workplace

Annual Salary Range : $40,000-45,000
