We are currently hiring a Part-time Permanent Administrative Assistant for the Hub Financial Center (HFC), the centralized accounting team for HUB International. This position will be reporting to the Office Administrator. Key responsibilities include general office management, arranging internal and external events, providing administrative support to the accounting teams. Acting as the first point-of-contact to all guests and callers, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for greeting guests, answering/routing calls and requests and providing general administrative support, as needed.

The expected salary range for this position is $19 to $23 per hour and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
