Port to Port Immigration Services is looking for an administrative assistant to help with a busy, fast-paced immigration practice. As an international recruitment and immigration agency, Port to Port Immigration Services has provided business services to Atlantic Canadian employers since 2018.
Our consultation business includes several recruiters and immigration consultants. The administrative assistant is required to answer telephones, book consultations, organize business processes, ensure quality services, and carry out reporting activities as required by the professional accrediting body, the College of Canadian Immigration Consultants.
Port to Port Immigration Services is now expanding its presence to Charlottetown, PEI, and an administrative assistant located in Atlantic Canada and able to travel is needed.
Training will be provided, but experience in HR, law, immigration, or business consulting is preferred.
Our wages begin at $21 CAD hourly and are revised at the end of three months. Wages are increased annually, and there are incentive programs for RRSP contributions. Additionally, Port to Port Immigration offers health and dental benefits. We offer two weeks paid vacation and the option to take two other weeks throughout the year. Remote work is part of our company culture.
