Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Initiate contact with staff to identify their needs.
  • Greet and direct visitors.
  • Plan and prepare for meetings.
  • Respond to management requests and manage time efficiently.
  • Identify and anticipate problems and provide resolutions.
  • Communicate effectively with the public, customers, and co-workers in a professional and courteous manner, both orally and in writing.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks and demands.
  • Interface well with all customers and departments, representing the company professionally.
  • Take and relay messages for staff.
  • Answer routine and non-routine questions, providing information such as company address, directions, and contact details.
  • Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Open, distribute, and prioritize mail.
  • Coordinate pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
  • Order, receive, stock, and distribute office supplies.
  • Perform clerical duties like photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating.
  • Maintain an organized file system.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and self-check work quality.
  • Learn quickly and adapt to new tasks.

Must be available during core hours from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, Monday through Friday.
