Position Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Full-Time Administrative Assistant to support our executive team. This position is ideal for a candidate who has exceptional written and verbal communication skills along with interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and has demonstrated that they can work independently and also thrive in a collaborative atmosphere. They will be reliable, dependable, have an eye for detail and share in our passion for beauty. This position will work out of our Calgary Head Office location.

Responsibilities

  1. Directly report to the CEO, CFO, COO and Directors
  2. Preparing, drafting and editing internal and external communications- reports, memos, emails, presentations
  3. Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentations
  4. Help prepare for meetings and greet guests
  5. Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
  6. Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  7. Handle requests and queries for and from executives
  8. Organize business files, contracts, and confidential information
  9. Provide general administrative support
  10. Perform other tasks as required

Education/Experience

  1. Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  2. Minimum 4 years of Administrative assistant experience, or other relevant administrative support
