AsAdministrative Assistant, your role is vital to providing excellent front line service to our customers. While looking after day-to-day office administration duties, you will utilize your professional etiquette, computer skills, and solutions-driven approach to provide customer service excellence.

This full-time position is ideal for someone that has great initiative, and enjoys participating in various aspects of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Processing general paperwork including orders, credit notes, cargo receipts, invoices, filing
  • Reception and cashier duties, providing customer service excellence and directing calls
  • Administrative back-up support to other teams, taking meeting minutes
  • Coordinating internal and external communications
  • Maintenance of office equipment and systems; coordinating service needs with vendors
  • Daily accounting processes, soft collections for cash & carry customers, and bank deposits
  • Participating and supporting employee engagement initiatives

Qualifications

  • 2 years' general office administration experience preferred
  • Flexibility to work Saturdays & Holidays on rotation
  • Excellent English communication skills;
  • Solid computer skills in Windows and Microsoft Office programs
  • Self-motivated and independent; able to work under minimum supervision
