Kelowna Christian School is accepting applications for a temporary Administrative Assistant position in the office of our High School campus.
JOB TITLE: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
This is a part-time, temporary position starting August 18, 2025 with an expected end date of June 26, 2026. The position will be two days per week. Strong preference is that three days of training occur in May or early June 2025.
Job Description:
This role reports to the high school principal, and involves general office functions of a secondary school. Assists staff, students, and the public. Performs reception duties, and processes mail, bookings, and school purchases; may assist in the care of sick or injured students; monitors front desk, answers emails and phone calls, serves office visitors while maintaining organization and supply levels. Provides general office services pertaining to the operation of the school, and performs other duties as may be assigned by the principal.
