Pay: $26–$30 per hour

Schedule: Part-time, 1–3 days per week (flexible hours)

Location: Lacombe

Express Employment is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative & Event Support Specialist to join our clients team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who is confident managing digital records, supporting events, and keeping timelines on track in a fast-paced environment.

You will be working with minimal oversight and should be comfortable using tools such as Excel, Microsoft Forms, SharePoint, Salesforce, and Adobe Sign to support ongoing campaigns and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize digital records across platforms
  • Track campaign and event activity, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Support event logistics, marketing initiatives, and sponsorship activities
  • Use tools like Excel, Microsoft Forms, SharePoint, Salesforce, and Adobe Sign to manage workflows and documentation
  • Execute repeatable administrative tasks with consistency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with team members while managing your own schedule and priorities

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data entry, filtering, formatting)
  • Experience with Microsoft Forms and SharePoint
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Proficient in Adobe Sign or comparable e-signature tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Ability to manage repeatable workflows with minimal supervision
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Experience supporting events, marketing campaigns, or sponsorships is a plus

Job Type: Part-time
