A community health organization in La Ronge is seeking an experienced Administration Manager to oversee the administration programs. The role focuses on management, program efficiency, and reports to the Director of Health. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree, leadership experience, and be willing to work flexible hours. Knowledge of First Nations communities is preferred.

About the facility: LLRIBHS promotes health in our communities for the wellbeing of all members. We provide accessible, high quality health services and programs. Together with others, we work to build capacity and educate as we address both acute needs and determinants of health. The Administration Program is located in La Ronge, Morin’s Hill.
About the position: The Administration Manager provides overall supervision and direction to the Administration Team and works under the Director of Health. S/he handles the day-to-day management of administration programs and services. This position focuses on directing and supporting the planning, proposal writing and implementation of the administration program.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or related field (combination of education and relevant experience may be considered); Minimum three (3) years’ experience in a supervisory and/or managerial role; Experience working with budget maintenance and reporting; Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task; Willing to work flexible hours, including evening & weekends; Experience working with First Nations communities and knowledge of the Woodland Cree culture & traditions; Ability to understand/speak the Cree language is an asset but not required; Must have a valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
