An established industry player is seeking a dedicated support professional to enhance the client experience and assist Investment Advisors. This role involves coordinating marketing activities, managing client inquiries, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You'll play a crucial part in maintaining client databases and supporting the advisory team in their daily operations. Supports one or more Investment Advisors (IAs) and IA Team and staff, and branch operations with day-to-day administration, providing exceptional client service to support business objectives. This role contributes to the overall success of the Investment Advisors portfolio and may be entitled to additional discretionary compensation.
The base salary for this position in Granby is $40,000, with potential for a monthly discretionary bonus.
Fluency in French and English is required to support clients and team members inside and outside Quebec.
Salary range: $32,700 - $48,600, with variations based on location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications. Compensation may include performance incentives, bonuses, and other benefits such as health insurance, tuition reimbursement, and retirement plans.
