Responsibilities Include:

  • Entering customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on a keyboard
  • Maintaining customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies
  • Creatively solving problems and anticipating issues independently
  • Answering all incoming phone calls and inquiries, greeting customers and visitors
  • Processing invoices, credit notes, and other accounting documents
  • Attending meetings and dictations, taking minutes
  • Performing other duties as assigned
  • Interacting with patients and customers
