Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Handle day-to-day office operations including filing, documentation, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Manage travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and office supplies.
- Maintain company records, contracts, and compliance-related documentation.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, leave tracking, and employee engagement activities.
Sales Support
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client and sales information.
- Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and clients on project documentation and order follow-ups.
- Support in organizing marketing events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking KPIs.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative or sales support roles (engineering/technology industry experience preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM tools.
