The Role:
We are looking for an operations or administrative professional to join our team in this invaluable operations role. As Resource you are responsible for supporting the Resource Manager in planning and overseeing the workflow and allocation of client engagements to Segal professionals. The ideal candidate for this role will be extremely detailed oriented and thrives on being organized and having everyone else organized as well. You are a people-focused professional with excellent communication and prioritization skills, and follow-through. You are comfortable working with all levels of professionals and are diplomatic and collaborative working with the Resource Manager and HR to support a diverse team of professionals. You have very strong technical skills, pay close attention to the details, work proficiently with MS Office Suite and are a quick study with various technologies.
