Your role :
As an Admin Coordinator at our accounting firm, you will play a key role supporting the daily operations of the firm by coordinating a team of administrative professionals. This position will ensure efficient administrative processes, high-quality internal client service, and the smooth functioning of day-to-day office activities. You will be working closely with the Operations Manager, Partners, Managers, and administrative team, you will be responsible for workflow coordination, quality control, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Where you'll work : Either Lindsay or Peterborough with travel on an as needed basis between these 2 offices. Mileage will be paid for interoffice travel.
