Salary: Starting at $45,000/year

We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant on a full time basis at our insolvency firm. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while also assisting with various administrative tasks to support our team. This role is available as a full-time position, with flexibility to accommodate shortened hours if required. It is a requirement to work from our office, located in North Vancouver.

  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner,
  • Answer phone calls from prospective clients and schedule consultations with administrators.
  • Screen incoming voicemails from clients and creditors and forward messages, as necessary.
  • Provide general administrative support to the insolvency team, including data entry, daily client communication, managing fax communications, coordinating courier services, and other related tasks.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
