Overview

We’re hiring an Admin Assistant to support various administrative tasks, manage data, and assist with training logistics. If you have experience in data management, event coordination, or administrative support, this role could be a great fit for you.

Nearest MRT: Woodlands North
Working Hours: Mon-Thu: 8.30am - 6pm, Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm
Salary: $2,750/month
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 5-months contract

Responsibilities
  • Assist to support queries.
  • Prepare and clean data for the learning records and to support reporting.
  • Monthly account creation & deactivation
  • Set up intranet page (Oct 2025 - Nov 2025)
  • Support logistics for in-house training & events.
  • Assist in creating electronic mailers, videos, collaterals, or materials for workshop promotion or the actual program.
  • Create and amend course details in Workday for external learning requests (ad-hoc).
  • External presentation / overseas training automation workflow (on-going basis)
  • Audit on learning transactions (on-going basis)
  • Support other training admin:
  • Schedule and send admin emails (e.g. rescheduling workshops / check-in dates, pre- and post-workshop emails)
  • Upload attendance and manage workshop/program records in Workday.
Qualifications
  • Strong administrative skills with expertise in digital tools.
  • Excellent communication, writing, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • A collaborative team player who is also self-reliant, resilient, resourceful, and comfortable with a hands-on approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, SharePoint) and Canva, with the ability to quickly adapt to new digital learning platforms and tools.
