Lifemark seeks an Administrative Assistant to support the Workplace Wellness team during flu vaccination season. Status: Full-time Contract-Seasonal: September 15 – December 15
Location: 500 Lakeshore Boulevard West. This is an onsite position based out of the Loblaw’s Toronto Lakeshore office.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Workplace Wellness, the Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Workplace Wellness team during the flu vaccination season. You are passionate about your work and perform with a high level of reliability and pride. Your work is thorough, organized and detail oriented. You have strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software applications quickly. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and your work experience demonstrates success in providing service and strong administrative skills.
