YOUR MISSION
- Autonomously carry out advanced and various administrative and secretarial tasks
- Manage the use of the Vice President's time, including scheduling appointments
- Make and track travel arrangements and expenses for the Vice President and certain Division Managers
- Draft communications, correspondence, and various texts in French and English
- Prepare and follow-up on purchase orders
- Manage expense reports and invoices, and order office supplies
- Coordinate logistics for professional and social events (conferences, forums, galas, etc.) that the Vice President attends
- Liaise with various departments and divisions of Cirque du Soleil
- Coordinate requests such as employee arrivals/departures and vacation schedules
- Assist Directors and the Chief Information Officer with other administrative duties
- The person may have to support more than one VP, depending on business needs
YOUR UNIQUE EXPERTISE
- Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC) in secretarial or office automation
- Experience working with senior management
- At least five (5) years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, etc.)
- Prioritization and teamwork skills
- Initiative and discretion
- Autonomy, rigor, tact, and organization
- High availability, punctuality, and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, especially in writing and presenting
- Event organization and management experience is a plus
- Proven bilingualism in English and French, spoken and written
