Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Typing, proofreading, adding and finalizing financial statements;
  • Preparing tax packages for clients using TaxPrep (assembly of corporate tax, Charity returns, Trust returns, etc.);
  • Support staff with respect to financial statements (formatting and problem solving);
  • Generating reports for monthly deliverables;
  • Other general administrative duties as required.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and others :

  • Two years of relevant experience;
  • Strong typing skills (speed and accuracy);
  • Knowledge of CaseWare, an asset (training available);
  • Desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
  • Flexibility to work additional hours during peak periods; and
  • French is a must, English is an asset.
