L’adjoint(e) à la répartition fournit un soutien administratif et opérationnel quotidien à l’équipe de répartition afin de contribuer au mouvement efficace des marchandises et à la réalisation ponctuelle des livraisons et des cueillettes. La personne titulaire du poste participe à la coordination des chauffeurs, au suivi des expéditions, à la mise à jour des systèmes, à la gestion de la documentation ainsi qu’aux communications entre les chauffeurs et les différents services internes.

Dans un environnement de transport LTL dynamique et au rythme soutenu, l’adjoint(e) à la répartition veille à maintenir des renseignements précis et à jour sur les expéditions, répond aux demandes courantes des chauffeurs et des équipes opérationnelles et transmet au répartiteur les problèmes de service ou les situations exceptionnelles nécessitant une intervention.

Principales responsabilités:

Dans ce rôle, vous devrez :

  • Fournir un soutien administratif et opérationnel quotidien à l’équipe de répartition.
  • Aider à communiquer aux chauffeurs les renseignements relatifs aux cueillettes, aux livraisons, aux itinéraires et aux autres activités de répartition.
  • Surveiller les communications des chauffeurs et transmettre les renseignements pertinents au répartiteur ou aux autres services, au besoin.
  • Effectuer le suivi des cueillettes et des livraisons afin de contribuer au respect des échéanciers prévus.
  • Surveiller l’état des expéditions et mettre à jour les systèmes de gestion du transport et de répartition avec des renseignements précis et en temps opportun.
  • Aider à coordonner les chauffeurs pour les cueillettes et les livraisons prévues, selon les directives du répartiteur.
  • Communiquer avec les chauffeurs concernant les renseignements courants sur les expéditions, les documents, les directives de livraison et les mises à jour de statut.
  • Repérer les expéditions retardées, manquées ou autrement touchées et transmettre les situations exceptionnelles au répartiteur afin qu’elles soient résolues.
  • Soutenir l’équipe de répartition dans le suivi des chauffeurs tout au long du quart de travail.
  • Aider à préparer, organiser et tenir à jour les documents de répartition, les manifestes, les feuilles de route, les documents de livraison et les autres dossiers opérationnels.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes du service à la clientèle, des opérations, du quai/de l’entrepôt et des autres services afin de communiquer les mises à jour concernant les expéditions et d’obtenir les renseignements nécessaires.
  • Répondre aux demandes courantes concernant l’état des expéditions et des livraisons et diriger les questions plus complexes vers le membre approprié de l’équipe.
  • Saisir et tenir à jour des renseignements précis sur les chauffeurs, les expéditions, les cueillettes et les livraisons dans les systèmes de l’entreprise.
  • Aider à examiner les cueillettes et les livraisons en suspens et effectuer les suivis demandés.
  • Soutenir la coordination des livraisons sur rendez-vous, des exigences particulières de livraison ou des directives propres aux clients.
  • S’assurer que les documents requis sont reçus des chauffeurs et qu’ils sont traités ou transmis de façon appropriée.
  • Tenir des dossiers de répartition électroniques et/ou papier organisés et précis.
  • Fournir un soutien général de bureau et administratif aux équipes de répartition et des opérations.
  • Respecter les politiques, les procédures et les exigences de sécurité de l’entreprise.

Nous recherchons une personne possédant les qualifications suivantes :

Formation et expérience :

  • Diplôme d’études secondaires ou l’équivalent requis.
  • Une expérience antérieure dans le domaine du transport, de la logistique, de la répartition, du service à la clientèle ou dans un environnement administratif est considérée comme un atout.
  • Une expérience antérieure dans un environnement de transport LTL est considérée comme un atout.
  • Une connaissance de la terminologie du transport, des connaissements, des manifestes, des processus de cueillette et de livraison ainsi que de la documentation relative au transport de marchandises constitue un atout.
  • Une expérience avec des systèmes de gestion du transport ou de répartition est considérée comme un atout.
