Qualifications

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled AdOps Campaign Manager to join our growing Advertising Operations team. This role will focus on the end-to-end management of audio advertising campaigns within the rapidly expanding Retail Media landscape. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital ad operations, a passion for the audio advertising ecosystem, and experience working with retail media networks. You will be responsible for ensuring the flawless execution, delivery, and optimization of our clients’ audio campaigns.

  • Campaign Management: Manage all aspects of audio ad campaigns from setup to completion, including trafficking, testing, and launching campaigns in our ad serving platforms (e.g., Hivestack).
  • Retail Media Focus: Serve as the subject matter expert for audio advertising on Retail Media Networks (RMNs), understanding the unique technical requirements and opportunities.
  • Trafficking & QA: Implement and test ad creative.
  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor campaign pacing, performance, and delivery to ensure KPIs are met. Identify opportunities for optimization and provide recommendations to the sales and account management teams.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate and deliver regular campaign performance reports for internal stakeholders and clients. Provide insights and analysis on campaign results to inform future strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Account Management, and external partners to ensure campaign objectives are understood and executed correctly. Provide technical support and guidance throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in forecasting and managing audio ad inventory to maximize revenue and yield.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital advertising operations, with a preference for experience in audio advertising.
  • Hands-on experience with major ad servers and platforms (e.g., Hivestack, Google Ad Manager, Triton Digital’s Tap, AdsWizz).
  • Demonstrated understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including, ad-serving logic, and programmatic advertising.
  • Experience with or strong knowledge of Retail Media Networks and their advertising capabilities is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
