The successful candidate will focus on assessment and treatment of swallowing disorders and communication problems, contributing to high-quality patient care. A Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology is required, along with strong interpersonal and organizational skills. This is a permanent part-time position located at Humber River Health with an hourly rate of $44.67 - $57.90.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent required.
• A member in good standing with CASLPO.
• Experience in dysphagia management and Videofluoroscopic evaluation preferred.
• 2-3 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high standard of patient care in accordance with policies.
• Assess and manage adults with dysphagia and communication disorders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
• Record patient assessment, progress and discharge status.
