Alimentiv is a global CRO focused on GI therapies, seeking an ERP System Administrator (Acumatica) to own configuration, upgrades and governance across Finance, Procurement and Projects. You will partner with Finance and stakeholders to deliver system enhancements and optimise procurement workflows.

The role also covers integration health of SAP Concur–Acumatica via Celigo and drive continuous improves in data quality and user experience. Experience in a life sciences environment is a plus.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Acumatica administration experience, including Finance modules.
• Hands-on experience administering and configuring Acumatica functionality, including Generic Inquiries, Business Events, push notifications and approval workflows.
• Experience with Acumatica major-version upgrades, testing, validation, rollout and post‑implementation support.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary administrator for the Acumatica ERP platform, managing configuration, user access, security, workflows and ongoing administration.
• Configure and optimize Acumatica functionality for AP, AR, GL, Project Accounting, billing and reporting.
• Lead integration governance and design solutions with Celigo, including the SAP Concur–Acumatica integration.
