We are looking for a business-minded actuary to handle the pricing for personal auto products. You are more than a pricing actuary, you understand the demands of an external partner, as well as the ins-and-outs of regulation. You provide excellent actuarial advice and influence decisions using analysis and data. You thrive in a fast paced environment where your opinion and experience are valued.
This position will also be responsible for providing statistical expertise, researching new pricing methods, and ensuring a smooth implementation of rating plans and algorithm changes. Additionally, you will be expected to provide actuarial expertise related to product design, corporate planning, and underwriting/segmentation analysis.
While the role will not officially have direct reports, you will have accountability for the overall performance and development of actuarial analysts and to foster a positive and dynamic work environment that values people and achieves outperforming results.
