Job summary

WTW is seeking an actuarial intern to support the consulting team across multiple insurance lines. You will assist with data reconciliation, pricing, loss reserving, financial modeling and benchmarking under guidance from senior staff.

Expected to work collaboratively in a team, while also handling independent tasks. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Python/R/SQL are valued; bilingual English/French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Pursuing actuarial designation through a recognized professional association.
• Demonstrates strong analytical and critical thinking with attention to detail.
• Effective time management and ability to handle multiple projects independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide actuarial and analytics support across insurance lines, including pricing, loss reserving, modeling and benchmarking.
• Support senior consultants with data reconciliation, reports, and presentations.
• Streamline processes using technical skills to increase efficiency and insights.
• Assist with research and material for new client opportunities.
