Working Business Language: English; this role is considered a head-office role and will be required to communicate with internal stakeholders across Canada where the primary business language utilized is English.
Salary: The salary offered for this role is estimated to be within the following range: $110,000 - $150,000. Candidates with salary expectations outside of the range are still encouraged to apply. In addition to salary, full-time and part-time permanent employees are eligible for an annual bonus plan, leave of absence top-up programs, generous vacation time, personal days, premium free benefits, and a pension plan.

As a member of our Reserving function, you will lead the completion of high-quality valuation analysis, as well as the financial and regulatory reporting of our actuarial reserves. Your focus will be on deriving insights from this analysis and communicating these to our key stakeholders. In addition, you will prioritize improving the sophistication of our actuarial financial reporting through process enhancements, automation, data manipulation, reporting capabilities, and advancement of our reserving techniques. You will be a mentor and coach for actuarial analysts while working through complex analysis in the pursuit of solving business problems and answering business questions.
