CGL is seeking a P&C Actuarial Analyst on the Corporate Actuarial team to support reserving analyses and reporting across the organization. You will apply actuarial models, work with multiple data sources, and help produce the Appointed Actuary Report while documenting key functions.
You will collaborate with colleagues, develop knowledge of data sources, and contribute to continuous improvement in reserving processes, while aligning with company policies and professional standards.

As a P&C Actuarial Analyst on the Corporate Actuarial team, you will play a key role in supporting reserving projects and reserving interests within the broader company’s initiatives.
Proficiency in English is essential to the main duties in this role, including servicing and communicating primarily with majority non-francophone clients, groups, teams. Drafting complex English documents and preparing daily reports for anglophone leaders. The essential non-French duties are not assignable to adjacent or other team members.
Salary information
Expected salary range $57,822 to $96,370.
The salary amount for the successful candidate is determined by Co-operators in its discretion and will vary depending on several criteria including but not limited to: local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualification, experience and education.
Employees may also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn additional compensation tied to individual and/or business performance, or other business metrics.
