The YMCA of Greater Vancouver is seeking a compassionate individual for a full-time support staff role in their before and after school program. Responsibilities include supervising children's activities, providing individualized support, and fostering an inclusive environment. Term : Permanent, Full-Time
Shift : Monday - Friday 7 : 30am-5 : 30pm
Salary : $21.00 per hour

Join Our Team! We’re seeking a compassionate and collaborative individual to support our inclusive before and after school program. In this part-time role, you’ll work closely with a dedicated staff team to create a welcoming environment where all children—regardless of their needs—can thrive. Responsibilities include supervising activities, providing individual support when needed, helping children navigate conflict, and role modeling positive behaviors. You’ll contribute to care plans, support children’s strengths, maintain an appropriate child to staff ratio, and ensure every child feels included and supported. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a child’s day while fostering a community of belonging and growth.
