Chartwell Retirement Residences is seeking an Activity Aide to enrich the lives of our residents by creating meaningful wellness experiences. The role focuses on planning programs, encouraging participation, and maintaining engaging activity spaces within a warm community.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience; working with seniors is a strong asset.
• Post-secondary education in recreation, gerontology, social work, or equivalent experience
• Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized; detail-oriented; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Ability to work flexible hours as needed
• Physical ability to assist with standing, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling
• Preparedness to respond to emergency situations
