Compensation Information: $22.10 per hour

Physical Requirement: Light; work activities involve handling loads up to 10 kg; predominantly in an indoor setting.

This job position requires physical presence at the designated location.

This role is eligible for an incentive for successful applicants to receive $1 per hour worked based on completion of a full winter season contract. Conditions apply to this incentive and will be shared during the interview and onboarding.

Skills you bring with you:

• Fluent spoken English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Highly developed guest relation skills with the ability to assess customer needs and confidently upsell products.
• Friendly, patient, and professional when interacting with a diverse range of guests and colleagues.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous use of RTP Point of Sale system and/or FareHarbor booking software.
• Experience working in the ski resort industry or completion of a full season at a ski resort.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the daily operations of Activities desk, including Ticket Windows when required.
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences through all communication channels, consistently exceeding expectations.
• Serve as a role model for the front-line team members by demonstrating professionalism and leadership on every shift.
• Oversee the Lost & Found process, ensuring team members follow proper procedures for logging, storing, and tracking items. Monitor organization and follow-up efforts to proactively reunite lost items with their rightful owners.
• Accurately use the RTP POS system, including booking activities, processing transactions, managing cash and balancing floats/sales to system reports.
• Assist with staff training, onboarding, and ongoing support to maintain service standards.
