Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Canada is seeking an Activities Assistant to support daily programs for residents. You will help plan and lead activities, escort residents, and document participation to support well-being. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, strong communication and organization skills, and the ability to lead small groups.

• Assist in leading daily activities, events, and enrichment programs
• Encourage and support resident participation
• Help prepare activity calendars and newsletters
• Escort residents to and from programs as needed
• Maintain organized activity spaces and supplies
• Support volunteer engagement and community partnerships
• Document participation per regulatory guidelines
• Monitor resident engagement and communicate changes appropriately

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma/GED
