Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly is seeking a dedicated associate for a fast-paced Winnipeg warehouse role. You will unload trailers, verify freight, sort parcels, and feed the sort lines while using handheld devices to ensure accurate order preparation.

Lift weights up to 23 kg, maintain safety standards, and participate in shift-based, active work. We offer a flexible schedule (minimum 3 days per week), strong teamwork, and accessibility accommodations during recruitment.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced warehousing environments preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and maneuver heavy loads.
• Comfort with standing, walking, and repetitive movements.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers and verify freight against manifests.
• Sort, scan, and handle parcels according to sort plan.
• Operate handheld devices to sort and prepare orders.
• Stage freight for delivery or Linehaul teams (Hub and Middle Mile).
• Maintain cleanliness, safety inspections, and task completion as assigned.
