Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly is seeking a warehouse associate for a fast-paced role in Canada. You will unload trailers, verify freight, and sort parcels according to the plan using manual and powered conveyors.

You will scan, sort, and prepare orders with handheld devices, place packages for delivery or Linehaul teams, and stage freight as per the station layout. The job requires lifting up to 23 kg and flexibility in shifts, including weekends. Accommodation is available for disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers and verify freight against manifests.
• Unload freight into conveyors and organize sort setup per plan.
• Sort, scan, and handle parcels according to the sort plan; use handheld devices to scan and prepare orders.
• Place packages for delivery or Linehaul teams and stage sorted freight per station layout.
• Complete tasks assigned by supervisors; build, wrap, and transport pallets as needed.
• Validate scanned freight to ensure sorting accuracy and reduce mis-sorts.
• Perform cleaning, housekeeping, and safety inspections; support other duties as assigned.
