Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking a dynamic Active Living Manager in Ontario to lead wellness and recreation programs for residents. You will assess needs, design varied activities, and manage calendars to enhance quality of life and happiness.

The role involves coordinating events, coordinating volunteers, and mentoring staff, all within a supportive team environment. You will inspire residents and staff, uphold our values, and strive for growth opportunities within the organization as services

Qualifications

• Experience in active living management or senior services preferred.
• Ability to develop engaging resident programs and calendars.
