Job summary

Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment is seeking energized Activation Crew members to support promotional events across our teams and venues in Toronto. You will distribute giveaways, engage fans, and help deliver world‑class experiences at Maple Leafs, Raptors, Toronto FC, and more.

Ideal candidates are passionate about sports and entertainment, available for evenings, weekends, holidays and playoffs, and willing to participate in many activations per season.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Events or Sport Management required or preferred.
• Prev. experience in sports/entertainment industry is an asset.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, holidays and playoffs.
• Able to participate in 50+ activations per season.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the execution of presentation, operational and entertainment elements for events.
• Distribute promotional giveaway items as fans enter and exit venues.
• Place giveaways on seats prior to marquee games and promo nights.
• Engage with fans positively and professionally while conveying key messages for partners.
• Provide a memorable fan experience and be a brand ambassador.
• Respond to inquiries about events, items and promotions.
• Participate in activation and event setup and teardown as required.
• Coordinate with external partner events when needed.
• Learn venue layout to assist with wayfinding.
• Adhere to Health & Safety standards and policies.

Additionally, Activation Crew candidates will be enlisted to support and deliver dozens of world class experiences and activations each year.
