Responsibilities

Ensure the store runs smoothly and that the team provides excellent customer service.
As acting manager, meet overall goals, uphold corporate standards, and motivate the team to excel.
In Sales, optimize store performance, train staff on sales techniques, analyze results, and schedule payroll efficiently.
In Human Resources, lead and recruit, plan schedules, evaluate performance and manage team development.
In Marketing and Visual Presentation, master product knowledge, plan attractive displays, and align with brand standards.
